Who this policy covers
Floof Logic operates Wishware and Manawire. Wishware is the Android product experience. Manawire is its account, prepaid Mana, payment, and AI-inference service.
Information we handle
Account and authentication
When you sign in, Google provides a stable account identifier and your verified email address. Manawire stores those values to recognize your account. It stores authorization codes and access credentials only as keyed hashes, together with expiration and security timestamps. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Purchases and Mana
Manawire stores your append-only Mana ledger, purchase amount and status, and the Stripe Checkout, event, and payment identifiers needed to credit a purchase exactly once and reconcile it later. Stripe receives your email address and payment details to host Checkout and process the payment. Floof Logic and Manawire do not receive or store your full card number.
AI requests and usage
When you use FloofClaw or Codex, the request content needed to provide the feature is sent through Manawire to the AI provider selected by Floof Logic. Manawire stores the product alias, provider and model used, token counts, cost, Mana charged, status, timestamps, and request identifiers. Manawire and its LiteLLM gateway are configured not to store prompt or model-response text in their databases or spend logs.
Website and service records
We process limited operational information such as IP address, route, response status, timestamp, security events, and redacted request identifiers. The Wishware website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for limited site-performance and aggregate visit measurement.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate customers, provide Wishware features, process Mana purchases, calculate balances and inference usage, prevent duplicate credits or charges, secure and troubleshoot the service, understand basic website performance, and maintain financial and security records. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
- Google provides account authentication. We use Google account data only to sign you in and identify your Manawire account.
- Stripe hosts Checkout and processes payments under its own privacy terms.
- AI providers process request content to generate the response you asked for. Manawire does not send your email address, payment details, or Mana balance to them.
- Cloudflare delivers the Wishware website, applies edge security, and provides limited web analytics.
Retention and security
Manawire access tokens expire after 30 days. We retain account, ledger, purchase, inference-accounting, and security records as needed to operate the service, prevent fraud or duplicate transactions, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use HTTPS, server-only provider credentials, hashed customer credentials, access controls, strict host boundaries, and secret-redacted logs.
Your choices
You can stop using Wishware and Manawire at any time. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of account information, email support@flooflogic.com. Some ledger, payment, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
